Marine Drive: West Vancouver
Marine Drive · Park Royal → Horseshoe Bay
The drive
Marine Drive in West Vancouver runs west from Park Royal, the end nearer Vancouver over the Lions Gate Bridge, through Ambleside and Dundarave. Past Dundarave it becomes a narrow, twisting road above the shore, passing Lighthouse Park and Caulfeild with views across the water to Point Grey and Bowen Island.
It ends in Horseshoe Bay, short of the ferry terminal. The 9.4 miles take about 30 minutes because the road is slow, residential and often busy.
